April 2008 - Agility Test Drive

At the club meeting on April 7, 2008, we all met at Paws for Applause Agility School for a Test Drive.  We all brought our dogs and had a great time!  Bonnie Norris, owner of the school, set up "beginner" stations and had helpers showing us how best to introduce the agility equipment in the most positive manner to our dogs. The equipment is designed to build confidence, balance, perception, core strength, flexibility and FUN!

They had ladders, balance balls, core disc's, perch's, baby hoop's, table's, baby see-saws, baby dog walks,
baby tunnels, baby chutes, travel planks, just to name a few.

Everyone had such a great time, including the dogs!  There were lots of folks who had probably never thought about trying agility... And all of the dogs did such a fantastic job.... Bonnie couldn't say enough nice things about our Group and our Dogs...It was a Very Cool night.......
